Holy crap I just ate a hot ass little pie.
Does anyone else have to shove food into their gob in secret?
My daughter is like a sea gull (if you live in Australia you know what I mean), she will literally stick her fingers in your mouth to get the food out. Don't worry she ain't starving, she is just a grazer and loves to snack all day long. I can no longer just sit down and enjoy some food, 'adult' food has to be consumed in private and often so bloody fast that I don't enjoy it anyway. Before the little party pie I inhaled a turkish delight chocolate bar, there was no point to it, I didn't get to savour the flavour at all.
So I have spent my morning at the shops, kidless.
I needed to go and play Santa.
Christmas is seriously an expensive time of the year, every year except this year I have purchased items during the year so that it's not such a big hit in November/December. I didn't get myself organized this year... almost done though. Thank goodness.
It was so nice being able to walk around the shops by myself, coffee in hand.
I must of had my charming face on today because every shop I went into gave me fantastic customer service. Or was it because I didn't have two sticky gremlins with me verbal stimming and pulling colourful items from the shelves.
Who knows. Enjoyable morning was had.
You know James' verbal vocabulary has really grown the last couple of week.
You know what I credit to.... PEPPA PIG.
I know, I know your all thinking, that bloody pig.
Yes, I do credit the pig.
James also has an English accent, but I am ok with that.
Peppa is actually really good if you sit and watch it long enough, 8 episodes a day type watching.
Peppa is one thing that I won't remove in a hurry.
I think its also because he doesn't have the anxiety of school.
Our psychologist has always told t us to limit as much anxiety as possible.
I didn't think school was effecting him that much, clearly it was.
Anyway, best be off.
Chat tomorrow xx
